Scientific work 

Scientific studies in the Kharkov national university of radio electronics are carried out by the scientific associations of departments and scientific subdivisions.
Scientific (educational methods) research centers and laboratories are the basic forms of scientific subdivisions. The chief scientists of university appear as the leaders of scientific subdivisions.
Priority scientific directions of the university:

• electronic instrument manufacture, including medical;
• information systems, network and technology;
• telecommunication systems, network and technology;
• radio-technical and optical-electronic complexes and the special-purpose system of general and;
• the information and instrument guarantee of ecological monitoring of near-earth airspace;
• the intellectualization OF COMPUTER(S); information safety of the open systems and networks;
• the automated and automatic systems for monitoring and control, including under the conditions of extraordinary situations;
• ecologically clean power engineering and the resource-saving technologies.
