To carry out the sports mass work the University disposes of the sports basis: 2 зала спортивных игр

45 groups of sports perfection in 30 sports function at the university more than 1000 students study there.

Highly qualified teachers are engaged in lectures and coaching; they are Masters of Sports, Honored Coaches of Ukraine, Champions and Prize-winners of Ukraine and international tournaments.

Annually the University trains masters of sports , candidates of masters of sports, winners of tournaments and competes for the first place of Kharkov and Ukraine.

 14 students are the members of the combined team of Ukraine in different sports.

 The strongest sportsmen participate in the competitions both in Ukraine and abroad in the Championships of Europe and the World.

Students-sportsmen have the support on the part of the Rectorate and professorial-teachers staff; these students are given the right to study according the individual schedule.
